Built on an advanced structural framework, the StrongHold PRO eliminates gantry flex and backlash, allowing you to mill heavy hardwoods, plastics, acrylics, and non-ferrous metals like aluminum with tight tolerances.
At Rawlix, we manufacture and assemble the StrongHold PRO on a Made-to-Order basis. Each machine undergoes rigorous mechanical assembly, precision alignment, wiring, and calibration by our engineering team in Pakistan to ensure plug-and-play reliability for your workflow.
1. Size Variants & Complete Dimensional Specifications
Choose the exact working footprint required for your workshop. All three variants share the same ultra-rigid gantry design, varying only in structural frame length and travel capacity:
Variant A: 1000mm x 1000mm (Compact Powerhouse)

4. Made-to-Order Manufacturing & Delivery Process
Order-to-Build Workflow:
- Order Confirmation & Terms: Select your desired size variant. A 50% advance payment is required to begin production, with the remaining 50% balance due upon build completion prior to dispatch.
- Manufacturing & Assembly Timeline: Complete frame assembly, gantry squaring, linear rail installation, and cable routing take approximately 45 days to manufacture.
- Testing & Calibration: Every machine undergoes rigorous test cuts, Z-probe calibration, and axis movement verification before final packaging.
- Shipping & After-Sales Support: Securely packaged and shipped across Pakistan (delivery charges are not included and will be billed separately). After-sales technical support and servicing are available upon request (servicing charges apply).
