  • To add an additional delivery address to your account
  • Click on “My Account “in the top right corner of your screen (if you are logged in you would see your name there)
  • Now click on“Manage My Account “in the drop down.
  • You will be directed to your account where you will find “Address Book"in the left side of the screen.
  • Click on“Add a New Address”button, enter you complete new address & click on “Save This Address”.
  • You can also set your Default shipping address by clicking on “Make Default Shipping Address".
  • Login to your Account.
  • Click on Setting icon.
  • Click on Account information.
  • Click on Change Mobile.
  • Verify your New Mobile Number through SMS.

If you forgot your password and need to know how to do it? So, please follow as per below:

  1. Click on “Forgot Password”.
  2. Add “Email”.
  3. Click “Recover Password” to Continue.
  4. Verify through the way which is convenient for you.
  5. Press “Send” to get the Verification Code on Email/SMS.
  6. Click on “Verify Code”.
  7. Enter “New Password” and then “Retype Password”.

Fraudulent activities can include:

  • Messages received on WhatsApp from sellers claiming to be a part of Rawlix.
  • Facebook pages that falsely claim to be associated with our platform and selling Rawlix products.
  • Orders received that is not in Rawlix Packaging
  • Identity Theft: Individuals representing as Rawlix Customer Service Agents and asking for bank account details.
  • Page jacking: Other websites that are similar in name to Rawlix.com

Our delivery agents and operations team have been instructed to wear protective gear, including gloves and masks. Our Logistics Partners have been given the same instructions. We are also making sure that packages are being disinfected at customers' doorstep wherever possible.

Due to the government’s recent COVID-19 restrictions on transportation services, we have resumed the delivery for essential items like health and cleaning products as well as household grocery items in Sindh, while we are delivering non-essential items across the regions. All customers should expect a delay in receiving their orders. Customers will be notified about their orders separately through email and SMS. Our priority remains to ensure the safety of our customers, sellers, and employees.

There is no evidence indicating packages or their contents carry any risks. We are monitoring the situation and will cooperate with relevant authorities. We are following WHO’s guidelines for COVID-19 closely.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Rawlix, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and 14 days for mail. Please follow the instructions on the GIF or follow the written steps below.

  • Click Account and click View All in the My Order section.
  • Select the order you wish to return and click on the Return button.
  • Fill in the Return Form. The available return options [pick-up/drop-off] will be displayed in this form.
  • Pack your Rawlix parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging along with any accessories, manuals, free items, etc. as delivered.
  • Print the Return Label by visiting going into your returns page through desktop. Or write in block letters the Return Tracking Number on paper and secure the paper or printed Return Label on top of the return package.

It is no longer necessary to print out the Return Label. Customers can now authorize returns with the Return Tracking Number that is issued after completing the steps above.

Since the stated price at checkout includes customs fees and import duties. You are not expected to pay any additional charges.

If you are asked by the customs or our logistic partner to pay duties or any other fees, or requested to present a personal ID, please contact our Customer Services for clarifications.

We have issued a stern warning to supplier on our marketplace not to take advantage of this situation. We will take strict action against all offenders including blacklisting them from the platform. Please reach out to Rawlix on chat, if you suspect price hikes on certain products.

At the time of delivery if package is broken please don’t accept the parcel. Please film the unboxing to return the broken product. Without video evidence product can’t, be returned.

There are dozens of reasons behind a delivery delay. However, here are the most common ones you’ll likely encounter while in operation.

  • Bad weather.
  • Wrong/ Inaccurate Delivery Address.

NOTE: As markets are being shut down due to COVID-19 situation in the country, and as our supplier operate from within the market, they might experience delays in meeting the delivery timelines. We apologize for the inconvenience and will ensure you receive your package as soon as possible.

Our delivery person may contact you to confirm your exact location or you might get the SMS notification once the order is shipped for delivery.

Furthermore, if you missed the delivery, we’ll attempt to deliver your order again, the next working day. We will attempt 2 times for the delivery of your order before cancelling it.
