The FT200XD is a USB to I2C interface with the following advanced features:

4. Fully integrated 2048 byte multi-time-programmable(MTP) memory storing device descriptors and CBUS I/O configuration
5. Fully integrated clock generation with no external crystal required plus optional clock output selection enabling a glue-less interface to external MCU or FPGA
6. 512 byte receive buffer and 512 byte transmit
7. USB Power Configurations, supports bus-powered, self-powered and bus-powered with power switching
8. Integrated +3.3V level converter for USB I/O
9. True 3.3VCMOS drive output and TTL input, Operates down to 1V8with external pull-ups, tolerant of 5V input
10. Configurable I/O pin output drive strength, 4mA(min) and 16mA(max)
11. Integrated power-on-reset circuit
12. Fully integrated AVCC supply filtering - no external filtering required
